Hi Duncan, nice vlog! I so agree with these 4 tips, particularly #1; you are right, it needs to come from inside out 😉 And #4, so true too, it is all about acknowledging these feelings and emotions, realising that these are normal and pushing through.

I really appreciate your feedback. I think people often put too much pressure on themselves to be brilliant from the start. I see leading very much as a marathon rather than a sprint.

Keeping this in mind can make a big difference.
