You are delighted that you have been invited for interview. It is your chance to demonstrate what you have to offer and why you are ultimately the right candidate for the job.

This might be your expectation. What you expect and what actually happens can be very different.

Some claim that recruiters make up their mind in the first 30 seconds whether you are the right person. Whether this is right or wrong who really knows.

What we can say with certainty is you only get one chance to make a first impression.
