Leading Change In Organisations

Whatever the sector you work in, chances are you are having to deal with change on a fairly regular basis.

At the same time the statistics around success when it comes to making change are not encouraging.  It’s claimed as many as 70% of changes fail to deliver the intended benefits.

In this video I share some thoughts on one of the most important factors when it comes to leading change in organisations.
