Whatever the sector you work in, chances are you are having to deal with change on a fairly regular basis.
At the same time the statistics around success when it comes to making change are not encouraging. It’s claimed as many as 70% of changes fail to deliver the intended benefits.
In this video I share some thoughts on one of the most important factors when it comes to leading change in organisations.
What in your experience have been some of the biggest contributors to making change?
Since 2006 I’ve worked with in excess of 7,000 accountants and professionals in workshops, seminars and one to one helping them land their next jobs and become better leaders, presenters and business partners. Before that I spent 25 years in accountancy climbing the career ladder from Payments Clerk to FD. I’m a CIMA Fellow, Certified Professional Coach and Team Coach Facilitator.
