bullet We have all participants take assessments of their skills and attributes at the very start of the programme. This includes feedback from bosses, peers and subordinates.  This lays the foundation for the work we do together.
bullet We provide one to one coaching by phone at least once a month.  All of these calls are held by conference call and we provide a recording of each call.  We set specific assignments after each call. These sessions include role plays and specific strategies to boost your performance.
bullet We ask clients to provide a written update 48 hours prior to our next call as we find that this improves accountability and follow through.
bullet We deliver content and training through workshops, webinars, workbooks, e-mail and teleclasses.
bullet Throughout our time working with clients we provide unlimited e-mail support and access to short emergency calls where they need support for an immediate issue.

This programme is designed specifically for qualified accountants who are working in public and private sector organisations in the UK.  Typically clients on this programme are people who are already qualified accountants, earning at least £40,000 per year, are ambitious and are seeking to at least double their salary in the next 5 to 10 years.  The sector that you work in is not important. I have worked with people from a whole range of industries and sectors.
