5 Excuses For Not Delegating
- It takes too long
- I can do it quicker myself
- I tried in the past and it failed
- I will lose control
- I don’t trust my staff to deliver

My staff are never there when I need them.
My staff can’t handle a crisis when they cause one.
Only I can handle the detail… plus lots of others.
