Whatever the sector you work in, chances are you are having to deal with change on a fairly regular basis.
At the same time the statistics around success when it comes to making change are not encouraging. It’s claimed as many as 70% of changes fail to deliver the intended benefits.
In this video I share some thoughts on one of the most important factors when it comes to leading change in organisations.
What in your experience have been some of the biggest contributors to making change?
In summary since 2006 I’ve worked with in excess of 5,000 accountants and professionals in workshops, seminars and one to one helping them achieve career success and become better leaders and presenters.
